As part of my 6 week marketing plan, I went along to a local BNI (Business Networking International) breakfast.
To my good fortune, I met the Executive Director of BNI for Tasmania and he became one of my first clients.
I then joined a new chapter, and have never looked back.
BNI referrals are now my major source of business. 95% of the referrals I have been given have converted to clients.
I would definitely rate BNI as my most effective marketing tool to date.
BNI has really taught me the value of effective networking.
It has also helped me learn that networking is not a scary monster. Once upon a time I thought I had to change my
personality to become a good networker. Now I know I can still be me.
If you think that BNI may work for you the way it has worked for me, you can find out more about it at www.bni.com.au.
And remember, Givers Gain!
